This traditional country house has been totally renovated by the current owners and given a modern flair. Located in beautiful Andalucian countryside, the property has excellent access via an asphalt road, and is within walking distance of 2 restaurants. It is only a five-minute drive from the bustling towns of Coín and Alhaurín el Grande with Marbella and Málaga also within easy reach.
The main house is built on 2 levels. It benefits from air-conditioning, central heating and an alarm system. The top floor has the dual aspect master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, stunning views and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and is also en-suite.
The ground floor comprises a fully open plan living area which maximises space and light. The views are as much a feature from inside the house thanks to the numerous windows, which are made from heat resistant glass to help keep the inside cool during the hot summer months. The kitchen is sleek and modern and fitted with Bosch appliances. On this level there is also a single bedroom and WC.
Outside there is a separate guest studio comprising open plan living area, kitchen and bedroom plus a modern bathroom. There are also 2 portacabins, one is used for storage and the other is a home office; all the outbuildings have electricity and internet. The garden and pool are a delightful and are a perfect place to enjoy the spectacular views.
