And something similar has happened to us with this house at the entrance of this emblematic dream city. At last we have found it and it is ready for you to visit, either virtually or in person by appointment.

This detached house is located in the El Arenal urbanization, at the entrance to Ronda and it has not been inhabited, so you would practically release it. You just have to furnish it and decorate it yourself.

There are 3 floors that are distributed as follows:

1. Ground floor, you first find the hall, a very spacious kitchen and laundry room with natural light, a toilet, a bedroom and the spacious living room with several windows. It has an exit to the covered terrace, the garden and the pool. Here you will enjoy amazing panoramic views of the mountains while hearing the birds singing.

2. Top floor. Here there is also a window that brings a lot of natural light to the entire area of the stairs.
