This traditional renovated farmhouse is located at the back of the Moorish village of Comares, and between the villages of Riogordo and Benamargosa where you can find all shopping facilities and amenities. There is also a very good local restaurant only 5 minutes away.

The main house is the traditional building restored to hold a functional 5-bedroom house. It has a front covered porch that leads to the living room with a fireplace, a room mostly used for the winter months. The land is beautifully landscaped with some stone walls, and even has a play area with swings, a bbq, pond and a chicken shed.
Both properties have touristic rental licenses and have a good, proved income.
